VELD approaches adaptive reuse as a way to give existing buildings and sites a new purpose while responding to changing needs.

Projects such as ILO, Beaulieu, NAC Dendermonde, CA Ganshoren and Palais Usine transform existing structures through new programmes, combining housing, public facilities, workplaces and other uses while building on what is already there.
