SELECTED PROJECTS

Villas de Ganshoren
Architectural feasibility study for the energy-efficient refurbishment and adaptive reuse of a large social housing complex, including 8 high rise buildings, in Ganshoren, Brussels, within a broader masterplan vision.

Louise took a leading role throughout the different phases, from site and building analysis to the development of a renovation strategy and proposals for activating ground floors and public spaces.

Acacialaan
Feasibility study for a new residential development on a 2.6-hectare former sports site in Strombeek-Bever at the outskirts of Brusselscombining affordable housing, local facilities, diverse residential typologies and high-quality green spaces.

Louise took a leading role in this research-by-design project,  from contextual analysis through to the definition of the preferred development scenario.
