Architectural design for the transformation of an entire urban block in Brussels’ European Quarter into a mixed-use development combining housing, offices, amenities and retail.
As a member of the broader design team, Thelma worked on the architectural design for the redevelopment of an existing office building into housing, including shared facilities and retail spaces..
Sint-Lodewijk
Architectural feasibility study for a purpose-designed residence for adults with disabilities for ASBL Sint-Lodewijk.
Through research by design, Thelma worked on the organisation of the overall plan layout and massing, taking in account the clients brief, required circulation patterns and spatial hierarchies, contributing to a design that responds efficiently to the specific needs of its different users.
